Service Agreement Cancellation Policy (Short version)

Email cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, domain name, and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted when you signed up for hosting at Binary Monk. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order.

All Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing month.
For Monthly Service Agreements: If your card is normally charged on the 5th of the month, and you cancel on the 10th, your site will be live until the 5th of the next month, and you will no longer be billed.
For Annual Service Agreements: If you cancel anywhere in your one year service agreement, you will be refunded all months remaining on your agreement, following the current billing month. e.g. If your card is normally charged on the 5th of the month, and you cancel on the 10th, your site will be live until the 5th of the following month, and you will be refunded all remaining months until the end of your yearly service agreement.
